Caitlin is fascinated by the strangeness in the familiar, the darkness in the beauty, and the instability of knowledge. Her works, often immersive installations, explore the more inaccessible aspects of our psychology and emotions - the complex and shifting inner workings of the mind- through a range of light-based media. Caitlin has exhibited in ten solo exhibitions and dozens of group shows, she has won the ANZ Post-Graduate Fellowship while at VCA, and the Montalto Sculpture Prize (with Tony Adams), amongst other prizes and commissions.. She has works in the Victorian College of the Arts Collection, Museum of Victoria, Montalto Sculpture Collection, Local and International Private Collections.
